The mission of Premium Food Group is to own, develop and bring to market innovative Australian-owned food and beverage brands.

The creation of The Premium Food Group is due to our CEO Jerome Joseph. Jerome’s 30 year knowledge and experience within the foodservice segment clearly highlighted to him a growth for Australian owned and made products, a greater requirement to support Australian manufacturers and farmers, bringing back to menus old style farm recipes that have been lost over generations and to showcase true authenticity and menu innovation in the use of indigenous ingredients.

In a post-COVID world, two key themes will emerge in the Foodservice sector in Australia:

The need for a local supply chain. Using locally sourced products and being less reliant on imported products. A farm gate approach to menu innovation.

Foodservice menus will resonate more with consumers with a strong Australian made focus delivering quality, fresh and healthy local ingredients.
